By accessing or using BioHakkr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or product.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BioHakkr complies with applicable law and any third-party terms connected to your devices, wearables, or health-data providers.
BioHakkr service
BioHakkr provides software tools intended to help users organize health information, connect selected data sources, receive AI-assisted guidance, and track health-related context over time.
BioHakkr may modify, suspend, or improve parts of the product over time, including connected integrations, data models, and feature availability.
No medical care or emergency use
BioHakkr is not a doctor, hospital, emergency service, or medical practice. Content and guidance in the product are informational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do not rely on BioHakkr for emergencies or urgent medical decisions. In an emergency, contact a qualified medical professional or emergency services immediately.
Accounts and connected providers
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your BioHakkr account and any connected third-party accounts. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or authorizing a provider connection.
If you connect Fitbit or another third-party provider, you authorize BioHakkr to access the data that you explicitly approve through that provider's consent flow. You may disconnect providers through the product when supported.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse BioHakkr, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the product in a way that harms BioHakkr, its users, or connected providers.
You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service beyond the scope permitted by law or by explicit written permission from BioHakkr.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioHakkr provides the service on an as-is and as-available basis and disclaims warranties not expressly stated. BioHakkr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
BioHakkr's total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount, if any, paid by you for the service during the period directly preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
BioHakkr may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the product after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
